Freelance Email Marketing Specialist, Klaviyo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance email campaigns and automated workflows within Klaviyo.

• Assist in the creation of email content, including design, layout, subject lines, preview text, CTAs, and basic copywriting.

• Play a role in shaping the customer journey through various flows such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and win-back/reactivation strategies.

• Aid in segmentation and targeting for campaigns.

• Provide support with Figma assets as required.

• May have the opportunity to assist with push notification campaigns in the future.

• Demonstrated experience with Klaviyo and email marketing/CRM platforms.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email development.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a freelance environment.

• Quick execution mindset with the capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Effective communication skills, particularly with marketing and design teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, or AI tools is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Italian or German is required.
