Campaign Delivery Manager – Email Marketing, Client Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective execution of email marketing campaigns for clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients following the execution of contracts.

• Transition client relationships from the sales team and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.

• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Manage client expectations concerning campaign timelines, performance, and deliverables.

• Conduct regular performance assessments and status updates with clients.

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and renewal.

• Coordinate campaign launches with internal scheduling and operations teams.

• Ensure all campaign assets, targeting criteria, and technical specifications are received and approved.

• Monitor campaign pacing and delivery throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

• Analyze campaign outcomes and suggest optimization strategies.

• Manage campaign reconciliations and delivery reporting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, campaign management, client services, or customer success.

• Proficiency in email marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or media operations.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently.

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience working with performance-driven advertising models such as CPA and CPC.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders involved.
