This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Assist editorial teams in enhancing content discoverability from the planning stage to publication.
• Facilitate live blogs, maintain content calendars, create evergreen packages, provide explainers, and cover events based on audience demand and emerging discovery opportunities.
• Guide writers and editors in implementing best practices for SEO/GEO, Reddit, and various third-party platforms.
• Offer advice on story framing, crafting headlines, internal linking, content packaging, and developing recurring editorial playbooks.
• Enhance new and emerging distribution channels for both written and video content.
• Elevate visibility for priority sports, major events, streaming coverage, and digital rights.
• Track trends across Google, AI search experiences, LLMs, Reddit, and other third-party discovery platforms.
• Convert discovery insights into actionable editorial recommendations.
• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in digital content distribution through organic search, AI engines, referral platforms, aggregators, and Reddit/community surfaces.
