This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Assist editorial teams in enhancing content discoverability from the planning stage to publication.
• Aid in managing live blogs, content calendars, evergreen packages, explainers, and event-based coverage based on audience demand and emerging discovery opportunities.
• Support writers and editors in implementing SEO/GEO, Reddit, and third-party platform best practices regarding story framing, headlines, internal linking, content packaging, and repetitive editorial playbooks.
• Facilitate the use of new and emerging distribution channels for both written and video content.
• Enhance visibility for priority sports, major events, streaming coverage, and digital rights.
• Track trends across Google, AI search experiences, LLMs, Reddit, and other external discovery platforms.
• Convert discovery insights into actionable editorial recommendations.
• Promote audience awareness, referral traffic, and downstream engagement to Peacock.
• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in digital content distribution across organic search, AI engines, referral platforms, aggregators, and Reddit/community surfaces.
