Freelance Customer Support – Dutch, Polish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to issues.

• Improve overall customer satisfaction through proficient communication.

• Oversee customer interactions through chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch/Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer care.

• Must be available to work within the approximate European time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) for three hours each day.
