📋 Description

• Provide exceptional transcreation, translation, and cultural adaptation for marketing, entertainment, and multimedia creative materials from Indonesian to English.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and linguistic experts to guarantee top-quality results across multiple platforms.

• Perform extensive cultural and market research to avoid literal translation issues and accurately reflect brand tone, humor, and subtleties.

• Review, proofread, and offer constructive feedback on Indonesian-to-English marketing content to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Marketing, Linguistics, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• At least 3+ years of professional experience specifically in marketing translation and creative transcreation.

• Native-level proficiency in English (US) with a strong understanding of Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).

• Demonstrated ability to adapt tone, style, and voice according to various brand guidelines and multimedia formats.

• A creative mindset and attention to detail, capable of crafting engaging and persuasive content.

• Knowledge of modern CAT tools and localization processes, complemented by outstanding communication and remote collaboration abilities.
