Freelance Creative Strategist, Spanish Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze trends, competitors, strategies, and successful angles for the Spanish market.

• Transform business requirements and performance insights into innovative creative concepts.

• Craft clear briefs, scripts, and production guidelines.

• Suggest the appropriate format based on the concept: authentic UGC, AI avatar content, influencer contributions, or designer-led video variations.

• Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate with content creators and internal design teams.

• Identify and brief suitable creators based on concept, schedule, and budget.

• Manage a pool of approximately 10 to 15 creators each quarter, with frequent weekly updates.

• Participate in weekly meetings with the traffic team, Creative Supervisor, and Head of Growth.

• Utilize performance feedback to determine what to promote, modify, retry, or discontinue.

• Convert insights into sharper hooks, enhanced briefs, and more strategic creator selections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative strategy, social video production coordination, or project management for paid social content.

• Strong knowledge of the development, testing, and iteration processes of social video ads.

• Proven experience working with creators, briefs, scripts, and production workflows.

• Excellent judgment regarding hooks, messaging, formats, and social media trends.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive within a regular weekly rhythm.

• A test-and-learn approach: enthusiastic about exploring ideas, quickly learning, and improving through iteration.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and pursue necessary information as needed.

• Native Spanish (Spain) is required, along with fluency in either French or English for internal communication.
