Freelance Creative Strategist

📋 Description

• Create clear, digital-first strategies across various channels, including social media, display, email, and web.

• Convert customer objectives into structured briefs and actionable creative guidance.

• Perform research and analyze data to reveal insights about target audiences, competitors, and market conditions.

• Collaborate with creatives to develop concept-driven ideas that are aligned with the overall strategy.

• Assist in the development of campaigns across a diverse range of touchpoints and formats.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing strategy and creativity within ongoing projects.

• Participate in creating presentations and strategic narratives for both internal and client-facing initiatives.

• Test and improve approaches based on performance metrics and insights.

• Work with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

• Utilize AI tools to improve research, ideation, and strategic development workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creative strategy, digital strategy, or planning within agencies or similar settings.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, formats, and campaign strategies.

• Capability to distill complex or unclear inputs into coherent strategic directives.

• Experience leveraging data and insights to shape strategy and assess performance.

• Strong collaborative abilities with creatives, account teams, and cross-functional partners.

• Experience in developing or contributing to campaign concepts and creative briefs.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
