This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Creative Strategy: Evaluate our existing performance and pinpoint areas with "creative gaps."
• Multi-Platform Production: Meta (FB/IG): Craft engaging Reels, UGC-style edits, static "listicles," and dynamic carousels.
• Google Ads: Enhance assets for Performance Max (PMax), YouTube (Shorts & Long-form), and Demand Gen.
• Performance Iteration: Revamp successful ads by introducing new hooks and CTAs to prolong their effectiveness and combat creative fatigue.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize AI tools (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.) to ensure a high output while maintaining quality.
• Reporting: Provide monthly analysis of creative performance (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and ROAS) along with actionable recommendations.
• Data-Driven Designer: You create more than just aesthetically pleasing assets; you develop materials that drive sales.
• Technical Stack: Skilled in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop) or adept in advanced mobile editing (CapCut).
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a significant advantage.
• Platform Mastery: You fully understand the safe zones, aspect ratios, and policy limitations for both Meta and Google.
• English Fluency: Professional working proficiency is essential for effective copywriting and communication.
