Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions lasting between 90 to 150 minutes, primarily online, utilizing session designs and written briefs created by the Programme Scientist.

• Ensure preparation is completed based on the written brief at least five working days prior to each session.

• Facilitate structured practice that includes small-group activities, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Navigate diverse participant dynamics, including dealing with sceptical senior attendees, quiet groups, and those who prefer debating over practicing.

• Provide concise written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Participate in accreditation prior to the first client session.

• Stay receptive to observation and feedback post-delivery.

• May offer follow-up coaching to the same group based on their seniority and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of significant experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in online delivery, including managing breakout groups, maintaining camera engagement, and ensuring session dynamics remain lively.

• Comfortable presenting material that you did not create while adhering to a specified structure.

• Proficient in conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in delivering session notes.

• Fluent in professional English with the ability to engage comfortably with senior audiences.

• Experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or cross-cultural work.

• Possession of a coaching qualification or experience in delivering both one-on-one and group sessions.

• Additional language skills or experience working with international groups in a second language.

• Familiarity with evidence-based learning design principles.
