Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership, Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions ranging from 90 to 150 minutes, primarily conducted online.

• Prepare based on the written brief at least five working days prior to each session.

• Facilitate structured practice, which includes small-group activities, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Navigate various participant dynamics, such as skeptical senior attendees and groups that favor discussion over practice.

• Provide brief written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Participate in paid accreditation prior to the initial client session.

• Be receptive to observation and feedback post-accreditation.

• There is potential for the role to extend to follow-up coaching with the same group.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of extensive experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate environment.

• Proficient online delivery skills, including managing breakout groups, ensuring cameras are on, and overseeing session mechanics.

• Comfortable presenting material not personally authored while following a required framework.

• Adept at conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adults.

• Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in delivering session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English, with comfort in engaging senior audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across diverse cultures.

• Desirable: coaching qualification or experience in one-on-one and group coaching.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design.
