Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions lasting between 90 to 150 minutes, primarily online, utilizing session frameworks and written guidelines provided by Programme Scientists.

• Prepare at least five working days in advance from the written brief prior to each session.

• Facilitate organized practice, small-group discussions, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Manage varying participant dynamics, including skeptical senior attendees, quiet groups, and those focused on debate.

• Submit concise written notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Complete paid accreditation prior to the first client engagement.

• Stay receptive to observation and feedback after delivering sessions.

• Potential for follow-up coaching with the same group based on their seniority and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of significant experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Strong skills in online delivery, including managing breakout groups, encouraging participants to keep cameras on, and sustaining engagement.

• Comfortable delivering content that is not personally authored while adhering to a mandated structure.

• Proficient in facilitating practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adults.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in providing session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English, with comfort in engaging with senior audiences.

• Desirable experience in areas such as leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures.

• Coaching qualification or experience in delivering one-on-one and group coaching.

• Additional language skills or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Familiarity with evidence-based learning design principles.

• Eligibility to work in Malaysia without the need for sponsorship or a visa.
