Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Conduct live leadership and management training sessions, typically lasting 90–150 minutes, primarily in an online format.

• Prepare for sessions using session designs and written briefs provided by the Programme Scientist at least five working days prior to each session.

• Facilitate structured practice, small group discussions, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Manage various participant dynamics, including skeptical senior attendees, quiet groups, and those focused on debate.

• Submit written session notes within 48 hours to allow the Programme Scientist to make adjustments for future sessions.

• Complete accreditation before the initial client-facing session.

• Stay receptive to observation and feedback following accreditation.

• Potentially offer follow-up coaching to the same group based on their seniority and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of significant experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Strong skills in online delivery, including managing breakout groups, maintaining camera engagement, and sustaining energy levels.

• Comfortable presenting material that is not personally authored while adhering to a specified structure.

• Proficient in conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adults.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in providing session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English, with comfort in engaging with senior audiences.

• Experience in leadership and management development, effective communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working in multicultural settings.

• A coaching qualification or experience in delivering both one-on-one and group training.

• Additional language skills or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Familiarity with evidence-based learning design principles.

• Eligibility to work in Italy without requiring sponsorship or a visa.

• Fees are paid per session, invoiced upon delivery, with 30-day payment terms.

• Cancellations made within five working days are fully compensated.
