Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions, generally lasting between 90 and 150 minutes, primarily in an online format.

• Prepare by utilizing the written brief and session design supplied by the Programme Scientist at least five working days prior to each session.

• Execute sessions in accordance with the established structure.

• Facilitate small-group practices, offer constructive feedback, and coach participants throughout the sessions.

• Effectively engage with skeptical senior participants, manage quiet groups, and address those who prefer debate over practice.

• Provide written notes from each session within 48 hours following the conclusion of the session.

• Engage in accreditation prior to the first client session.

• Stay receptive to observation and feedback post-accreditation.

• Potentially offer follow-up coaching to the same group.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of significant experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate environment.

• Proficient online delivery skills, including the ability to manage breakout groups and the technical aspects of online sessions.

• Comfortable with delivering content not personally authored while adhering to a defined structure.

• Adept at facilitating practice sessions and providing direct, actionable feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in delivering session notes.

• Fluent in professional English, with the ability to engage comfortably with senior audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultural boundaries.

• Desirable: coaching certification or experience in delivering one-on-one and group coaching.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design principles.

• Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence without requiring sponsorship or a visa.
