Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions that typically last between 90 to 150 minutes, primarily in an online format.

• Prepare based on the written brief at least five working days prior to each session.

• Facilitate structured practice, which includes small-group activities, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Manage participants with varying levels of engagement and different perspectives.

• Submit concise written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Participate in accreditation prior to the initial client session.

• Stay receptive to observation and feedback after the sessions.

• There is potential to extend the role to include follow-up coaching with the same group.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of extensive experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Strong skills in online delivery, including the management of breakout groups and session mechanics.

• Comfortable presenting material not authored by yourself while adhering to a specified structure.

• Proficient in conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adults.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session documentation.

• Fluent in professional English and capable of engaging with senior audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures.

• Desirable: coaching qualification or experience in delivering one-on-one and group sessions.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience presenting to international cohorts working in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design.
