Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions lasting between 90 and 150 minutes, primarily online, utilizing session designs and written briefs developed by Programme Scientists.

• Prepare at least five working days prior to each session based on the provided written brief.

• Facilitate structured practice, small-group discussions, feedback sessions, and on-the-spot coaching.

• Navigate diverse participant dynamics, including engaging skeptical senior participants and groups that favor debate over practice.

• Submit concise written notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Engage in accreditation prior to the first client session and remain receptive to observation and feedback.

• Potentially offer follow-up coaching to the same group based on their seniority and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of extensive experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate environment.

• Proficient online delivery skills, which include managing breakout groups, maintaining energy levels, and overseeing session mechanics.

• Comfortable presenting material not authored by yourself while adhering to a specified structure.

• Experienced in conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adults.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in delivering session notes.

• Fluent and credible in professional English, with ease in engaging senior audiences.

• Desirable: background in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across cultures.

• Desirable: coaching certification or experience in one-on-one and group work facilitation.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience working with international groups in a second language.

• Desirable: understanding of evidence-based learning design.

• Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence without the need for sponsorship or a visa.
