Freelance Content Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing and managing content management services across various platforms, ensuring that updates for our clients are high-quality, precise, and delivered in a timely manner.

• Engage with different Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, among others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Create and configure new web pages within multiple CMS platforms.

• Upload and manage content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

• Test and verify that content displays and operates correctly on webpages.

• Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate directly with clients as necessary.

• Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring that their current and future needs are addressed.

• Work towards and support client KPIs and business objectives.

• Complete all tasks punctually and to a high standard.

• Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and comply with external requirements.

• Provide assistance and cover for team members when needed.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
