This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluating all incoming interactions from the community across various social media platforms and engaging directly with players.
• Timely addressing comments and inquiries from players.
• Developing captivating content for social media channels.
• Supporting the developer by relaying critical information regarding customer issues.
• Aiding in the creation and maintenance of a safe and inviting environment for the game community.
• Moderating discussions and comments in accordance with established community guidelines.
• Actively proposing innovative strategies to enhance and nurture your community.
• Generating and revising relevant documentation and reports as necessary.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Community Management.
• Proficient knowledge of Chinese, at a native or near-native level.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
• Enthusiastic about video games and social media.
• Solid understanding and experience with various social media platforms.
