This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop the KOL Network: Identify, assess, and onboard content creators across major Chinese-language platforms (X, Jike, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and technical dev/AI/crypto communities) as well as English-language platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok). Establish, expand, and maintain a structured CRM of on-call partners who can be quickly mobilized around significant product milestones.

• Partnership Strategy & Negotiation: Design, negotiate, and implement creator partnership agreements and performance-based compensation structures that significantly reward actual user engagement over mere impressions.

• Implement Targeted Campaigns: Align impactful content releases with major product launches, coordinate interactive livestreams, and organize prominent influencer contests to enhance immediate reach.

• Performance Measurement and Attribution: Own the essential performance metrics associated with users and agents activated through external sources. Manage weekly and monthly performance reports, focusing on conversions while disregarding vanity metrics.

• Enablement & Quality Assurance: Transform core promotional materials into localization-ready creator briefs for both English and Chinese content cultures, guaranteeing adherence to high-quality standards and proactive anti-fraud measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level expertise in both written and spoken Chinese (CN) and English (EN), with a comprehensive understanding of the distinct content cultures and algorithmic behaviors of social platforms in both regions.

• Established Creator Network: A current and active roster or direct access to engaged AI, Web3, or gaming creators is strongly preferred.

• Domain Expertise: A robust technical and functional understanding of artificial intelligence, decentralized systems, and web3 technologies, enabling credible communication with developers and builders.

• Data-Driven Approach: A strong focus on performance marketing, cost-per-acquisition (CPA) models, and precise attribution tracking rather than conventional top-of-funnel metrics.

• Execution-Oriented: A hands-on professional adept at driving negotiations, managing cross-border projects, overseeing frontline community operations, and ensuring CRM accuracy simultaneously.

• Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in developing AI agents, deploying web3 applications, or engaging extensively within competitive gaming/esports environments.
