This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary steward for WorldVia’s Member Hubs, including initiatives like Crown and Diamond Clubs, Spark Society, and Thrillseekers, ensuring each remains vibrant, active, and on-brand.
• Assist in planning and executing each Hub’s monthly meeting by coordinating agendas, speakers, and follow-ups to ensure that every session is valuable to members.
• Enhance the overall member experience across various platforms that bring each Hub to life, such as private Facebook groups, WorldVia.PRO hub pages, and live or virtual events.
• Facilitate moderation of each Hub’s private Facebook group and the main members-only Facebook group, upholding community guidelines and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in line with WorldVia’s voice.
• Maintain a consistent daily presence across community platforms by initiating discussions, responding to members, posing thoughtful questions, and sustaining momentum between meetings and events.
• Greet new members within groups and programs, guiding them to find their footing and engage with the broader WorldVia community.
• Highlight and celebrate member achievements, milestones, and contributions to reinforce a sense of belonging and participation.
• Organize and host recurring livestreams and interactive community formats, including Q&As, member highlights, behind-the-scenes discussions, and other engagement-focused programming.
• Create and distribute ad hoc, non-educational community content across the Hubs, the members-only Facebook group, and other member-facing channels within WorldVia.PRO.
• Maintain a streamlined content calendar to ensure community engagement follows a predictable and sustainable rhythm.
• Monitor members who qualify for access to programs like Crown Club and Diamond Club, providing timely, personalized congratulations and welcomes.
• Track members nearing the next tier and proactively encourage their advancement through recognition, check-ins, and connections to relevant resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather the member data essential for accurate recognition and outreach workflows.
• Assist Agency Development with member meet-ups and other in-person experiences, offering community support rather than managing full event logistics.
• Function as a visible and approachable representative of the Member Development & Engagement team at external and in-person events.
• Proven experience in community management, social media engagement, or member-oriented programming, preferably within a membership, network, or online community environment.
• A strong and friendly written communication style, along with comfort in appearing live and on camera for livestreams and interactive community formats.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track participation, milestones, and engagement trends.
• A self-motivated and proactive working approach with sound judgment to maintain positive, on-brand community spaces.
• Familiarity with the travel advisor, host agency, or membership-based business sector is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for member events and in-person community interactions.
