📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic visibility across essential platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive playbook for Jerry that outlines engagement strategies for each community: optimal times to post, respond, and when to refrain from interaction.

• Transform Jerry’s subreddits into dynamic and reliable communities.

• Collaborate with the Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across all channels.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or similar consumer-facing and/or regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated capability to make "mundane" or "challenging" categories feel relatable and genuine.

• Knowledge of SEO and an understanding of how LLMs reference sources.

• A platform enthusiast with a strong aversion to corporate jargon.
