This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth or onsite mental health support to clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on clinical cases, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to propose enhancements to the program and the platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Demonstrated expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Have a minimum of 300 clinical hours after obtaining a master's degree.

• Must be bilingual, with proficient communication skills in both English and Japanese.

• Previous experience in EAP, counselling for working adults, or coaching in managerial roles is advantageous.

• Willingness to work onsite in Tokyo, if required.
