This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• You will hold the exclusive rights to perform the Role in your specific niche or preferred job market segment.

• You will enjoy the autonomy of being your own boss, managing your own desk, and taking charge of your growth while also being part of a Team.

• You will engage with existing and prospective Clients to promote our Products (freelance skills).

• You will establish, design, and implement your own lead generation strategies, including: - Identifying and attracting potential Clients; - Creating and maintaining a database of potential Clients; - Developing, preparing, and delivering informative presentations to potential Clients; - Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing Clients; - Generating interest, understanding business development needs, and providing business development support; - Identifying, qualifying, and securing freelance project opportunities for Freelancers; - Responding to and following up on inquiries from potential Clients; - Setting sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

• You will receive compensation once the Product is paid for (payment is confirmed and not cancelled) by the Client and Freelance Work Acceptance is validated by the hired Freelancer or Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a personal PC or Laptop with an Internet connection, along with a mobile phone to begin.

• Should have substantial business development experience in the job markets of the US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and/or the Philippines, focusing on any of the following freelance project categories: (1) Website and Software Development, (2) Mobile Phones and Computing, (3) Design and Media, (4) Software Testing and Quality Assurance, (5) Organization Development, (6) Writing and Content, (7) Marketing, and (8) Other Services.

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively contact Employers for introductions.

• Should demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

• Must exhibit creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
