Freelance Brand Manager, Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create the overarching concept for the Advent calendar.

• Design the concept for the 24 windows/doors, focusing on product variety, narrative, and aesthetic appeal.

• Collaborate closely with a packaging and graphic designer to finalize the design.

• Maintain direct coordination with Leonie (Founder) and our sourcing team.

• Engage in direct communication with the supplier regarding production issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a packaging designer or in roles such as brand manager/project manager.

• A portfolio showcasing at least one limited edition, gift box, or seasonal product.

• A background in DTC (direct-to-consumer) is advantageous, particularly in beauty, accessories, or lifestyle sectors.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (including dielines), InDesign, and 3D design tools (Cinema 4D or Blender).

• Knowledge of production-related topics, including board weights, lamination, hot-foil stamping, and the construction of doors/windows for advent calendars.

• Native-level German proficiency and business-fluent English skills.

• A self-directed, organized working approach with a preference for concise communication.
