This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Brand Strategy and Channel Execution.
• Oversee channel-specific brand plans, innovation rollouts, and cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business goals.
• Create and implement marketing plans tailored to the channel that foster trial, repeat purchases, and loyalty among club shoppers.
• Manage the development of innovation, renovation, and packaging specifically designed for club formats (e.g., multi-packs, value sizes, seasonal rotations), alternative channels, and e-commerce.
• Hold P&L responsibility for club SKUs; collaborate with Finance to predict and achieve revenue, margin, and trade targets.
• Evaluate performance metrics such as POS, shipment data, and member insights to guide business decisions.
• Work with Sales on promotional strategies, item setups, and annual business evaluations.
• Keep an eye on competitive activities and suggest proactive measures.
• Collaborate with Operations and Demand Planning to maintain supply continuity and service standards for club accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams on new item launches, product updates, and seasonal projects.
• Partner closely with Creative and Shopper Marketing to produce attractive, brand-aligned packaging and in-club materials.
• Identify opportunities for growth and enhance club pack offerings.
• Convert shopper behavior and member demographics into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee the complete commercialization process for club innovations, including business cases, concept validation, packaging design, and post-launch evaluations.
• Adjust core brand positioning to cater to the distinct needs of club shoppers and retailers.
• Spot opportunities for exclusive SKUs or formats, managing the pipeline for clubs, alternative channels, and e-tail.
• Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Marketing, Innovation, or Business (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand management within the CPG sector.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while being adaptable to unforeseen circumstances.
• Strong understanding of the club channel business model, including rotation timing, pallet configuration, pricing, and margin structures.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects at once.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on achieving results.
• High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Solid familiarity with Outlook, Slack, Monday.com, and other professional platforms.
• Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.
• Ability to swiftly adapt, showing flexibility in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
• Energetic and calm demeanor, excelling in problem-solving.
• Able to work effectively in a team setting with a positive attitude.
• Enthusiastic about learning new concepts and taking guidance.
• A genuine commitment to enhancing childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet.
• Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is primarily remote, we “Farmers” do gather as a company and/or department several times a year. Expect possible travel a few times each quarter.
• Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration between Sustainability and Marketing is preferred.
• Must reside in the United States to be eligible for this position.
