This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Take ownership and oversee campaign performance across major Retail Media Networks such as Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and Target DSP.
• Engage in hands-on campaign trading and optimization with a keen focus on efficiency and detail.
• Manage reporting and performance tracking throughout Q4 and during significant promotional events.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance the currently active retail DSP program, ensuring that Q4 performance targets are achieved.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently in a streamlined environment.
• A proactive individual who fully takes charge of their business portfolio with minimal supervision.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and programmatic insights.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Programmatic media, ideally with expertise in Display/Video Programmatic trading within retail DSPs such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.
• Proficient in various DSPs, with a preference for TTD and DV360.
• Possess strong problem-solving capabilities, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with planning, ad operations, and data analytics teams.
