Freelance AI Video Generation Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Co-lead projects focused on brand evolution, encompassing positioning, visual and verbal identity, and brand architecture.

• Facilitate client workshops, presentations, and sessions for feedback.

• Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and creative/strategy teams.

• Oversee freelance copywriters, strategists, and designers.

• Manage the complete project coordination for video initiatives.

• Provide briefs to creative teams and organize production schedules along with feedback cycles.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate intricate multi-workstream campaigns to avert delivery challenges.

• Oversee quality assurance, client feedback, and revision phases.

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, Motion Designers, Editors, Producers, Designers, and Post-production Coordinators.

• Ensure that deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Uphold creative output and service delivery excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in agency account management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and coordinate multi-workstream projects.

• Experience in leading brand or rebranding initiatives, including brand positioning, visual identity, or brand architecture.

• Exceptional interpersonal, client relationship, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of creative workflows, video production, and agency operations.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.

• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement.

• Willingness to reside in Barcelona, Spain.

• Eligibility to work in Spain for non-contract roles.

• A portfolio or reel link is required upon application.

• Capability to complete a brief AI video test if shortlisted.
