Fraud Strategy Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing insights on fraud trends, attack patterns, and new threats.

• Converting fraud findings into strategic advice, product direction, or enhancements to operations.

• Collaborating across various functions to shape product strategy, business initiatives, and customer results.

• Establishing trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders in both internal and external organizations.

• Representing SentiLink through industry involvement, thought leadership, and discussions with executives.

• Assisting in the formulation of best practices for fraud prevention, identity management, and risk mitigation.

• Keeping abreast of new fraud techniques, technologies, and market developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in fraud, fraud risk, financial crimes, identity, trust & safety, or related areas.

• Proven experience in leading fraud strategy, operations, fraud risk, or similar functions within a financial institution, fintech, payments company, insurer, marketplace, or other regulated sectors.

• Ability to effectively influence executive stakeholders and propel strategic initiatives.

• A deep curiosity regarding fraud, identity, and emerging attack methods.

• A strategic mindset with a passion for addressing complex and ambiguous challenges.

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to action.

• Excellent executive presence with the capability to establish credibility swiftly.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Adept at engaging with technical, operational, and executive audiences.

• Solid collaboration skills with the power to influence without direct authority.
