This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Recognize, assess, and address emerging trends in auto insurance fraud.
• Utilize advanced analytics, predictive modeling, artificial intelligence tools, and investigative methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create monitoring systems and enhance fraud detection models.
• Assist in investigations and provide actionable insights to boost operational efficiency.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and/or Major Case investigations within the auto insurance sector is required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in business analytics is required.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience with SQL and/or Power BI.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in insurance fraud analytics.
• Strong preference for experience using a Claims Fraud Detection platform.
• Must possess a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. state or be able to obtain it within 30 days of the start date.
• Advanced knowledge of current SIU investigation techniques and data analytic methods, including the application of AI-based programs.
• Familiarity with leading fraud analytics software and various fraud detection products is essential.
