This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Regularly assess fraud signals by adding, removing, and refining them to effectively differentiate between suspicious activities and legitimate users.
• Take ownership of the fraud-related segments within the user segmentation system, which includes analyzing signals and tracking category performance over time.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop fraud verification tools tailored for various markets, such as FaceTec, and explore potential ID scanning or phone verification solutions.
• Conduct investigations on users flagged for manual review, including ambiguous cases in the Tremendous queue, while enhancing the review process.
• Identify shortcomings in the existing signals and propose third-party tools to be included in the product roadmap.
• Work in conjunction with the analyst focusing on gameplay signals, as well as with product and data teams.
• Practical experience in utilizing data to investigate fraud and influence detection or prevention strategies, rather than merely collaborating with a fraud team.
• Proven experience in designing or refining fraud signals, user segments, or review processes, along with a keen interest in adapting those decisions as tactics evolve.
