• Acquire knowledge of all systems, operational logistics, and facilitation processes.

• Establish a personal practice/resource center within the community.

• Strong motivation to launch their own business.

• Successfully complete a 90-Day Training Development program.

• Driven by purpose, passionate, and open to learning.

• Willingness to participate in virtual meetings and training sessions several times each month.

• Multilingual abilities are advantageous, but not mandatory.
