
Franchise Tech Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Deliver prompt and professional assistance to franchisees and internal stakeholders via ticketing systems, email, and direct collaboration with operations teams.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software/system issues by collecting relevant information, reviewing existing documentation, validating expected versus actual performance, and identifying possible root causes.
• Address issues within the defined scope and escalate to vendors, internal partners, or leadership as necessary.
• Aid in the testing and rollout of new system features, platform enhancements, configuration adjustments, and operational procedures.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of POS and business system requirements across various franchise brands.
• Oversee administrative and system-related duties for franchise openings, ownership transitions, location closures, and associated operational adjustments.
• Prepare, submit, validate, and audit data files or reports to ensure accurate vendor updates and system modifications.
• Support software implementations by aiding in testing, documentation, communication, issue tracking, and post-launch verification.
• Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or downstream effects from system modifications and convey these clearly prior to taking action.
• At least two years of experience in supporting, administering, or troubleshooting critical business software systems.
• Experience with appointment-based POS systems is highly preferred; familiarity with Mindbody and Booker is especially valued.
• Background in franchising, spa/wellness, fitness, beauty, hospitality, or other multi-location service industries is advantageous.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills in software, including the ability to differentiate symptoms from root causes.
• Capability to investigate unclear issues, gather pertinent context, and articulate findings effectively.
• Strong written communication abilities, particularly in ticketing systems, email correspondence, documentation, and internal status updates.
• Proven ability to work independently, balance competing priorities, and see issues through to resolution.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and capacity to detect inconsistencies or risks.
• Ability to absorb and apply feedback, recognize recurring patterns, and enhance work quality over time.
• Quick learning of new software applications and adaptability to changing technology, processes, and business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor towards franchisees, vendors, and internal partners.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
