This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to prospective clients regarding 24-hour care services, both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings.

• Independently attract clients by broadening a local network and fostering referrals.

• Evaluate and confirm the specific care requirements and living conditions of individuals in need of assistance.

• Submit caregiver applications through the marta platform with the objective of achieving successful placements.

• Offer ongoing support and advice throughout the care assignment to ensure client satisfaction, which includes conducting regular satisfaction assessments, mediating when issues arise, and facilitating caregiver transitions.
