Franchise Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Act as the chief strategic consultant for a group of franchisees.

• Propel sustainable growth and achieve critical business goals.

• Function as the CEO of your portfolio, taking responsibility for its performance, health, and profit and loss.

• Collaborate with Brand Partners to enhance restaurant profitability through labor optimization, productivity enhancements, and efficient cost management.

• Develop trustworthy relationships with Business Partners.

• Evaluate business performance utilizing data and dashboards; work with Brand Partners to uncover opportunities and create strategic plans.

• Travel frequently to Brand Partner restaurants to guarantee operational excellence and provide coaching.

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Brand Partners to align on objectives and monitor progress towards achieving results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations.

• Strong business insight with a proven track record of enhancing financial and operational performance.

• High stamina to travel up to 75%, and work extended hours as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• In-depth understanding of restaurant financial management, labor productivity, and store-level economics.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to inform operational and commercial decisions.

• Experience in cultivating high-performing restaurant leadership teams.

• Capability to influence stakeholders and effect change in a developing or emerging market landscape.

• Preferred experience in supporting new market launches, market expansion, or restaurant development initiatives.
