• Attain the operational and business performance objectives for their Franchisee portfolio, as established by the regional operations leader.
• Oversee the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to evaluate performance against prior goals and commitments, as well as to set future objectives.
• Coordinate priority areas with Franchisees to enhance sales, profitability, and network expansion, while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience.
• Create a coaching plan for Franchisees, conducting regular check-ins to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Monitor and analyze ongoing data to steer Franchisee actions towards their objectives, commitments, and plans.
• Analyze data to offer coaching and suggestions on key priorities for Franchisees to tackle.
• Follow up on Franchisee commitments and track data to evaluate progress.
• Assist Franchisees in comprehending the processes related to remodeling and constructing new restaurants.
• Collaborate with the construction team and Franchisees, track milestones, and hold Franchisees accountable to ensure completed facilities comply with operational specifications.
• Provide assistance during all remodeling and new store openings.
• Facilitate communication between Franchisees and relevant cross-functional partners, focusing on individual Franchisee goals and opportunities for ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit expansion.
• Engage and collaborate as needed with the Field Marketing Team on updates related to operational initiatives and new marketing product and promotion launches.
• Oversee the implementation of local, DMA, and regional marketing strategies.
• Conduct evaluations of restaurants as necessary based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators.
• Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training assistance for Franchisees.
• Ensure effective management of G&A expenses within the guidelines set by regional leaders.
• Execute all necessary administrative functions and responsibilities of the position punctually.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• A 4-Year Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of supervisory management or experience in district-level multi-unit operations.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities – capable of managing time effectively, planning, and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish credibility and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in developing and executing plans to achieve results.
• Competent in utilizing data to guide decision-making.
• Skilled at uniting individuals to address challenges.
• Resourceful and highly flexible in adapting to changes in direction; able to navigate various situations and personalities effectively.
