This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze current codebases, which are often created by AI or developed by founders.

• Detect bugs, structural problems, and technical vulnerabilities.

• Refactor and enhance applications to ensure they are ready for production.

• Optimize performance, structure, and maintainability.

• Address deficiencies in essential functionalities such as authentication, payments, and backend logic.

• Implement lightweight quality assurance and testing as required.

• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance teams, and project leaders.

• Manage multiple projects as priorities evolve.

• Over 5 years of experience in full stack development.

• Extensive experience working with complex or inherited codebases.

• Ability to function effectively without comprehensive documentation.

• Demonstrated capability to transition products from MVP to a stable version.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
