Fractional Sales & Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take charge of sales and marketing results as the external sales and marketing authority.

• Report directly to the founding principal.

• Lead and supervise the Marketing Coordinator / Lead Generation Virtual Assistant.

• Develop and maintain a measurable pipeline of qualified remodeling prospects.

• Determine and filter ideal projects.

• Implement systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Establish strategies for inbound and outbound lead generation.

• Direct daily and weekly marketing initiatives.

• Oversee the website, content, and digital footprint.

• Guide messaging and campaign strategies.

• Enhance marketing output.

• Refine brand positioning and ensure consistency across all outward-facing interactions.

• Improve lead qualification, nurturing, and closing processes.

• Assist with proposal strategy, pricing positioning, and client communications.

• Create a repeatable sales process from inquiry to signed contract.

• Establish a structured, accountable growth system linked to revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction, trades, or B2B service sectors.

• Experience in leading or directing junior marketing and lead generation support.

• Proven experience in building sales pipelines.

• Strong understanding of relationship-driven selling techniques.

• Ability to function at both strategic and execution levels.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with an owner and a small, growing team.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create focus and accountability.

• Ability to provide a background overview, relevant work examples, and typical engagement structure when applying.
