Fractional Head Trader – Advisor Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Arootah collaborates with a select network of senior operators to assist clients within the alternative investment sector.

• Advisors are engaged for project-based assignments when client requirements align with their skills.

• Becoming a part of the network does not ensure placement; it offers access to opportunities as they become available.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly as a Head Trader or Director of Trading for an Alternative Asset Firm or Family Office with significant order flow.

• Comprehensive knowledge of diverse global markets, exchanges, and regulatory frameworks; a solid grasp of risk management and escalation procedures.

• Previous experience with compliance and risk management policies concerning best execution and fair allocation practices.

• Proven expertise in conventional or proprietary OMS, EMS, and TCA research is crucial.

• Proficient programming skills (preferably in Python) and familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Established knowledge of statistics/econometrics and experience handling large datasets (both third-party and proprietary).
