Fractional CTO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior technical authority during business development, solution creation, and expansion conversations, assisting clients in confidently transitioning from learning strategy and concept formulation to custom software implementation.

• Establish credibility and foster relationships with client technology and engineering leaders, including VP and C-level executives.

• Collaborate with Studion client teams as a reliable executive technical advisor.

• Engage in executive presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions.

• Provide insights on technical strategy, architectural considerations, and software delivery methodologies.

• Share an executive-level viewpoint on technology trends, potential risks, and implementation factors.

• Attend client meetings, conferences, and other in-person events throughout the U.S. approximately once a month, with occasional travel to Croatia or Western Europe (up to twice a year).

⛳️ Requirements

• Current or former VP of Engineering, CTO, Chief Architect, or a similar technology leadership position within a software, consulting, digital agency, or professional services environment.

• Proven track record of engaging and influencing enterprise technology and engineering executives within Fortune 1000 companies.

• Experience in supporting business development, pre-sales, account growth, or solutioning initiatives for enterprise software or custom development projects.

• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to convey technical concepts as business value.

• Experience in supporting custom software development projects and enterprise technology programs.

• Knowledge of enterprise learning technologies, learning platforms, or digital learning ecosystems.
