Fractional COO – Full Time Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various law firms in a fractional COO capacity, dedicating between 5-17 hours monthly to each firm while supporting the firm's leadership team.

• Offer strategic advice and insights across all facets of the clients' businesses.

• Create and optimize processes for efficiency.

• Aid in the development of reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Act as an accountability partner, mentor, and knowledge resource for the firms you assist.

• Effectively communicate the service offerings to prospective clients through sales activities.

• Present and facilitate workshops, events, and weekly meetings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role, managing at least 3 direct reports and a total team size of at least 10 members.

• More than 3 years of experience in a law firm or directly collaborating with a law firm in a coaching, consulting, or fractional role.

• Proven experience in creating and overseeing operations for a company with at least $5M in annual revenue and managing its budget.

• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications.

• Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated.

• Ability to provide strategic advice based on operational, technological, and financial insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Competent in sales methodologies.

• Capable of innovative thinking and proficient problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with CRMs, CMS, intake software, and accounting systems.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and Quarterly Workshops.

• Experience as an EOS Integrator is preferred.
