Head of Strategic Operations – Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of Token Factory’s most critical initiatives, such as product launches, go-to-market programs, strategic partnerships, and key organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and leadership teams to align priorities and ensure the swift progression of cross-functional programs.

• Transform ambiguous goals into structured execution plans that include milestones, owners, dependencies, and clear decision-making points.

• Establish streamlined operating mechanisms that support organizational scaling, including dashboards, quarterly business reviews, executive assessments, planning processes, and decision frameworks.

• Convert technical, business, and organizational complexities into succinct recommendations and communication suitable for executives.

• Recognize risks, eliminate obstacles, and foster alignment among teams to expedite execution.

• Manage the operational specifics that contribute to the success of high-impact initiatives — from conducting reviews and documenting decisions to ensuring teams follow through and deliver results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, chief of staff, product operations, or similar roles.

• Ability to take loosely defined problems and independently develop structure, priorities, and execution strategies.

• Proven experience in driving complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Highly organized and adept at managing several workstreams concurrently.

• Strong writing skills with the capability to distill complex technical or organizational matters into clear, decision-ready documents.

• Execution-oriented with a willingness to work at every level, from strategic planning to tactical implementation.

• Thrives in fast-paced environments characterized by ambiguity and shifting priorities.

• Experience with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software is essential.
