This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the decision-making process at Boldr: define who sets standards, who makes final calls, and who implements those decisions. Maintain clarity around decision rights to ensure smooth business operations without delays or revisiting settled matters.
• Establish the operational rhythm that aligns all functions: the reviews, metrics, and cadence that transform strategy into actionable results.
• Ensure that significant commercial and operational decisions undergo thorough cross-functional review before finalization, preventing any single function from making unilateral decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to guarantee that revenue targets are grounded in operational and financial realities rather than mere aspirations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of essential client relationships and the status of the revenue pipeline.
• Confirm that commercial commitments are feasible both operationally and technically before they are made, bridging the gap between sales and production.
• Recognize and pursue growth opportunities that resonate with Boldr's mission, profitability, and system capacity.
• Manage Boldr's operational technology stack, including the platforms, tools, and integrations that support People, Finance, and Delivery across five regions.
• Develop the systems roadmap: prioritize, sequence, and allocate resources for implementations (HRIS, workforce, and operations platforms) to ensure successful adoption.
• Construct the data infrastructure that provides the CEO and leadership with a unified, reliable view of operational, commercial, and financial performance.
• Promote automation and responsible AI utilization throughout operations to enhance productivity, quality, and margins.
• Ensure systems readiness is a prerequisite for scaling: incorporate security, integration, and resilience from the outset.
• Assume direct responsibility for the operating Profit & Loss and budget. Make resource and cost decisions within operations that balance growth with prudent management.
• Maintain cost discipline and operational forecasts across all functions. Collaborate with the CFO on company-wide planning, capital allocation, and reporting.
• Provide the CEO with clear and honest financial insights regarding operational performance, risks, and future outlook.
• Treat financial discipline as a fundamental standard rather than a limitation, and enhance the clarity of operational numbers through improved systems and data.
• Through the VP of Customer Experience, oversee Boldr's delivery standards. Define what excellence looks like at scale and hold the organization accountable to these standards.
• Ensure that client NPS, retention, and service metrics are proactively managed through reliable systems and data, rather than reactively.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for significant client issues, ensuring that the system learns from every escalation.
• Drive the ongoing enhancement of Boldr's Customer Experience practice as a competitive advantage.
• Develop and sustain the operational infrastructure that facilitates growth without compromising culture or quality.
• Manage execution across different geographies: enforce process discipline, ensure systems readiness, and establish accountability frameworks in PH, ZA, MX, CA, and US.
• Identify and resolve structural issues before they escalate into crises.
• Ensure that every region feels adequately resourced, connected, and understands its contribution to the overall mission.
• Lead a high-performing senior team and set the benchmark for leadership within Boldr.
• Embody Boldr's values through your operations: demonstrate accountability, candor, curiosity, and care.
• Make the culture tangible in operations rather than merely aspirational in documents.
• Successfully manage change. With Boldr's rapid scaling, this role will oversee transformation and change management: guiding people through transitions rather than just implementing new systems and structures.
• Keep the CEO informed with clear and timely updates on performance, risks, and significant decisions, supported by reliable data.
• Represent operations at the executive level when necessary, presenting with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure that regulatory and governance compliance is maintained across all operating regions.
• Uphold the integrity of Boldr's B-Corp certification in the structuring and operation of all processes.
• Over 12 years of senior executive leadership experience, including direct responsibility for financial performance and operational systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-geographic operations across diverse cultures and jurisdictions, particularly in emerging markets.
• Direct ownership of P&L or budget at significant scale within a services, tech-enabled services, or high-growth context.
• Proven track record of selecting, implementing, and scaling core operating systems (HRIS, ERP, workforce, or operations platforms) and ensuring their adoption.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret balance sheets, challenge assumptions, and convert numbers into actionable decisions.
• Proficient in leveraging data, automation, and AI to enhance productivity and margins.
• Experience collaborating closely with a CEO, CFO, and commercial leadership (CRO or equivalent).
• Familiarity with mission-driven, B-Corp, or ESG-aligned organizations is preferred.
• Renowned for delivering results: achieving outcomes is the primary focus of your strategy, rather than a secondary effect.
• Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
• Comprehensive health benefits and wellness programs.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Flexible work arrangements and a supportive work environment.
• Commitment to social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
