• Participate as a core member of the Executive Team and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO in enterprise planning, decision-making, and enhancing organizational performance.
• Contribute to the development of CareMessage’s long-term organizational strategy, not just in its execution; provide an operational perspective that guides the future direction of the organization.
• Act as a vital link between the Executive Team and our Key Functional Leaders, translating strategy into actionable plans while clearly outlining trade-offs.
• Foster alignment among functional leaders to ensure the organization operates cohesively as a unified team with common priorities, rather than as isolated functions competing for resources.
• Make and take ownership of challenging operational decisions; have the discernment to know when to assert and when to compromise.
• Take responsibility for the operating plan; guarantee that functional priorities are adequately resourced, sequenced, and aligned with the company’s OKRs.
• Convert enterprise strategy into a clear operational framework with defined priorities, designated ownership, and a consistent rhythm.
• Implement disciplined execution practices that promote accountability and follow-through across different functions.
• Manage compliance and risk; ensure the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Outline enterprise risks, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions to facilitate effective oversight by the CEO and Board.
• Mentor functional leaders in building high-performing teams that achieve collective results greater than the sum of individual contributions.
• Collaborate with Finance on budget performance, resource distribution, forecasting, and long-term operational viability.
• Over 10 years of multifaceted executive experience in strategic leadership across various functions.
• A background in technology organizations, whether in nonprofit tech or for-profit scaling, with a solid grasp of scalability and service models.
• Experience in shaping long-term organizational strategies, not just executing those established by others.
• Demonstrated ability to balance mission-driven impact with structured business operations.
• Experience guiding organizations through similar growth phases (specifically those exceeding 100+ employees).
• Recent, practical experience implementing AI and automation within an operational framework.
• Familiarity working with executive teams, and ideally with governing boards and board committees.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to present effectively to a Board.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
