• Arootah collaborates with a selected network of experienced operators to assist clients in the alternative investment sector.

• Advisors are engaged for project-based assignments when their expertise aligns with client requirements.

• Joining the network does not ensure placement; it offers access to opportunities as they become available.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or in a similar senior compliance leadership position within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office.

• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory obligations and compliance frameworks related to alternative investments.

• Demonstrated success in developing and overseeing effective compliance programs.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to operate both strategically and practically in fast-paced environments.
