340B Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the System 340B Manager in managing daily operations and compliance activities of the 340B program.

• Take the lead and assist with various 340B-related projects as necessary, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve program efficiency.

• Keep policies and procedures regarding 340B purchasing processes current and comprehensive.

• Establish systems and processes designed to minimize program liabilities and conduct thorough audits to identify potential risks.

• Continuously review the 340B Program's policies and procedures, providing recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Create effective 340B quality assurance training for employees when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in a relevant field.

• Alternatively, one to two years of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
