This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Ensure that ADS adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to a licensed Major Payment Institution (MPI).

• Support the execution of governance, reporting, and regulatory engagements to the highest standards for ADS and its affiliated financial institutions globally.

• Design and implement AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with MAS Notices.

• Prepare and deliver compliance reports to the Board of Directors and the Risk Management Committee (RMC).

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in compliance operations with a focus on regulatory compliance within Singapore and the broader APAC region.

• Possess a tech-savvy mindset - capable of utilizing automation and case management tools to handle high volumes and recurring deadlines.
