Team Lead – Compliance Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the Reconciliation process along with all related control activities to meet the regulatory demands of the bank and regulatory bodies.

• Administer and supervise the Fircosoft/UAEFTS System while maintaining complete oversight of Referrals and the Release of messages.

• Execute all transactions within the agreed turnaround time (TAT), ensuring a zero-error rate in compliance with bank policies and guidelines.

• Ensure the successful completion of the Daily Control and Functional Checklist (DCFC) activities consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in banking operations with practical experience in a checker role, demonstrating comprehensive banking skills and technical knowledge.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of General Banking, Cheque payments, Inward and Outward payments, as well as the anti-money laundering landscape and regulatory policies across various countries.

• Solid working knowledge of Swift and Mashreq processes and systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in interpreting banking regulations, laws, and anti-money laundering guidelines.
