Fractional CEO Advisor – Turning Practicing Attorneys Into Business Owners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for business growth.

• Enhance profitability and optimize cash flow.

• Establish organizational structures and leadership teams.

• Guide owners in making strategic business choices.

• Enhance operational execution and ensure accountability.

• Create businesses that are less reliant on their owners.

• Assist owners in transitioning from operational roles to leadership positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in executive leadership.

• Direct, hands-on experience collaborating with the owners of small to mid-sized enterprises.

• Full P&L responsibility for businesses with annual revenues ranging from approximately $500K to $50M+.

• Proven track record of enhancing profitability, cash flow, and overall business success.

• Experience in building teams, systems, and fostering organizational accountability.

• Exceptional executive coaching and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships at once.

• Experience as a Fractional CEO or as a multi-client executive advisor is advantageous, but not mandatory.
