📋 Description

• Act as the main relationship manager for a collection of member schools

• Assist member schools in understanding assessment data

• Oversee member interaction with academic tools and services

• Collaborate with various teams to guide product development

• Deep knowledge of academic support and consultation methods

• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
