HCM Practice Technology Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Integration and Data Migration practice, defining methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.

• Create strategic roadmaps and service offerings that align with client business goals and emerging technological trends.

• Mentor and cultivate managers, architects, consultants, and technical delivery teams.

• Assist in business development initiatives, including solution creation, proposal submissions, client presentations, and capability demonstrations.

• Provide executive guidance for enterprise integration projects involving both cloud and on-premises systems.

• Spearhead data migration strategies, planning, governance, and execution for enterprise modernization efforts.

• Set best practices for data quality, governance, validation, reconciliation, and risk management.

• Ensure the successful execution of integration and migration projects through diligent planning, monitoring, and quality assurance.

• Lead strategies for cloud adoption and initiatives for enterprise modernization.

• Guide organizations in cloud readiness assessments, migration planning, and operational transformation.

• Supervise the implementation of technical and functional cloud solutions.

• Establish frameworks for cloud governance, operating models, and adoption strategies.

• Direct change management efforts to facilitate technology transformation and user adoption.

• Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and organizational readiness.

• Evaluate organizational impacts and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.

• Ensure business processes and workforce preparedness are in line with technology transformation goals.

• Provide leadership for extensive, multi-workstream transformation programs.

• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Guarantee that project delivery meets quality, schedule, and performance standards.

• Report program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and client sponsors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining a US Public Trust.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems integration, data migration, cloud transformation, or related areas.

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, practice leadership, program management, or related technology leadership roles.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives successfully.

• Extensive knowledge of integration architectures, data migration methodologies, and enterprise modernization programs.

• Experience in leading cloud adoption and organizational change management initiatives.

• Strong grasp of governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
